Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with preferred emphasis in marketing, business administration/management, analytics, or similar field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience building marketing strategies and plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of coding HTML using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar system.
  • An understanding of Marketing concepts and behavior-based analytics.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • SQL, data warehouse and data knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience using analytics or web tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sitecore) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve new member growth and product and service engagement goals.
  • Lead entire cross-channel, multi-deliverable marketing processes from start to finish including ideation, planning, implementing, optimization, and analysis.
  • Consult with internal teams to orchestrate the ideal channel mix that will maximize the reach and engagement of target audiences.
  • Maintain a 360 view of marketing outreach, taking into consideration all offers/initiatives reaching the same audience, across channels.
  • Gather and understand target market needs and preferences and use the insights to fuel differentiated positioning and value proposition; monitor competitive activities and stay on top of market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, communicate insights to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Perform tests on audience segmentation, offers, channels, etc. to continuously improve and pivot quickly as needed.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with Marketing professionals through consistent and effective communication.
  • Work closely with internal creative and communications teams to create on-brand deliverables that are relevant to the audience; provide internal expertise across all products and services.
  • Perform thorough QA tasks including auditing targeting files, proofing communications, and reviewing member experience journeys before implementation to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize, communicate, and lead marketing progress updates in live meetings and digitally with tools such as Microsoft Planner and Power BI.
  • Provide full funnel support by connecting with frontline and sales teams, optimizing lead generation flows, and providing offer visibility within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other systems.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities outside of regular campaign duties.
