About The Position

The Lead Data Architect will be part of an Enterprise Data Analytics and Machine learning team that builds innovative digital experiences and capabilities powered by machine intelligence. You will lead other architects and work closely with data engineers, data scientists and business users to understand business needs and opportunities and design optimal data models and technical solutions to support those needs. This lead architect role demands excellent technical knowledge and leadership skills, and can demonstrate best practices in the industry. Works with systems engineering, information security, and data governance/privacy teams to design and enhance cloud data infrastructure to address data privacy and security. Estimated salary range for this position is $133831.04 - $173980.35 / year depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering or related field.
  • Must have experience in Informatica Cloud MDM
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in data platform architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS data & A/ML technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proven track record as an outstanding problem solver.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance Informatica Cloud MDM solutions supporting enterprise domains such as Patient, Provider, Organization, Location, Payer, and Reference Data.
  • Configure and maintain match/merge rules, survivorship logic, hierarchies, relationships, and reference data structures.
  • Apply established architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices aligned with the enterprise data strategy.
  • Support ongoing MDM hub operations, enhancements, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure effective ingestion, mastering, and distribution of master data.
  • Assist with platform upgrades, cloud migrations, and adoption of new Informatica capabilities as part of the existing roadmap.
