Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (required)
- Previous medical office experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic medical records
Nice To Haves
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical team members to ensure efficient patient care and clinic operations
- Coordinate daily staff assignments and monitor workflow and performance
- Assist with training, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Maintain patient flow and support physicians and providers during clinic operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, regulatory, and safety standards
- Serve as a backup clinical team member when needed
- Assist with patient communication, medication refills, and referrals
