About The Position
Redefining the Future Network, Inc. (RTFNetwork) is a growing community-based behavioral health organization providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed services to underserved individuals and families in the Baltimore region. Our services include an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), Medication Management, Supported Employment, and expanding Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services. At RTFNetwork, we are committed to empowering individuals and families to achieve stability, independence, and improved mental health outcomes through high-quality clinical care and community-based support. RTFNetwork is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality therapy while contributing to a collaborative and mission-driven organization. In addition to providing psychotherapy and conducting clinical assessments, this position offers opportunities for leadership, clinical supervision, and mentorship of LMSW clinicians and social work interns. As our organization continues to grow, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to play an important role in shaping clinical services and supporting the development of future behavioral health professionals.
Requirements
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing psychotherapy and conducting clinical assessments
- Knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-5-TR criteria
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, PRP staff, and case management team members
- Provide clinical supervision for LMSW clinicians pursuing advanced licensure when applicable
- Supervise and mentor graduate-level social work interns
- Participate in clinical team meetings, case consultations, and program development initiatives
- Support quality improvement efforts and best practices in behavioral health care
