As a Lead Network Technology support, the ideal candidate will be part of the Mobility IP Ops Lifecycle team who provides fault and performance monitoring for all Mobility Layer 3, Load Balancers, Text Messaging (SMS), Mult-Media-Messaging (MMS), Mission Critical Push-To-Talk (MCPTT), Location Based Services (LBS), Over-The-Air Activations (OTA), Evolved Packet Core (EPC) Core NEO consumer LTE, Enterprise EPC LTE, FirstNet EPC LTE, Cricket EPC LTE, 5G EPC consumer, 5G EPC FirstNet, and Standalone 5G EPC network.

Requirements

  • 5 – 8 years of related experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar enterprise environment
  • Mobility Network troubleshooting, maintenance, implementations
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of mobility architecture
  • Excellent working knowledge of Cisco IOS, NX0S, Junos, F5 BIGIP (LTM/GTM) and F5VvE BIGIP.
  • A foundational understanding of SDN networks understanding concepts of Virtual NFS, Juniper Contrail, and spine/leaf architecture
  • Technical writing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related network experience
  • Knowledge of Network Planning, Engineering, Construction and Mobility architecture
  • Knowledge of cloud applications/networks, including OpenStack, VMware, Azure and Kubernetes
  • Scripting knowledge such as Ansible and Python
  • Certifications desired but not necessary (CCNA, CCNP, JCNIA, JCNIP)
