Accountabilities Support organizational change and strategic planning initiatives in partnership with CEO and COO. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective systems, policies, and workflows. Coordinate with outside counsel to mitigate legal and financial risks. Administer and enhance the organization's physical office space. Lead procurement processes for external consultants and vendors. Facilitate collaboration across teams to strengthen departmental alignment. Requirements 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in operations or nonprofit management. Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Proven ability to lead operations in complex environments. Expertise in operations management, process improvement, and workflow optimization. Experience in developing and implementing effective policies and systems. Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and compliance requirements. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
