About The Position

The role of our Coating Lead would be to coordinate the daily operations of a production team on our production floor. Foster a positive team environment, ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards while displaying the core behaviors of leader.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Nice To Haves

Coating thickness measurement experience preferred
Previous Spray painting experience preferred
Previous experience as a coater(Metal)
