North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery is seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Patient Care Coordinator to provide leadership for our front office operations and help deliver an exceptional patient and referring-provider experience. This role combines hands-on patient care coordination with team leadership. The Lead PCC is responsible for developing and supporting Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the professional standards that define the NPOS patient experience. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strong organizer, and natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This individual will partner closely with surgeons, clinical leadership, and the Regional Manager to ensure the front office operates with efficiency, accountability, and a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
