The Lead Patient Services Coordinator plays a key role in launching and supporting the new Cancer Institute ambulatory clinic at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. This position provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to front-line patient services staff while ensuring a welcoming, seamless experience for patients and families. The Lead PSC partners closely with clinical and administrative teams to support clinic operations, optimize scheduling and workflows, and uphold the highest standards of service in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
