For Employee Resolution: Do you have a desire to help research and resolve participants' questions? If so, the Lead Pension Administrator role may be the role that is right for you! The Lead Pension Administrator will be responsible for processing all types of calculations and/or employee resolution inquiries. In addition to normal responsibilities, this individual will be charged with the following:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Solid grasp of Defined Benefits and Defined Benefits systems
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and intuitive skills
  • Motivated and committed to excellence; positive demeanor and “can do” work ethic
  • Ability to work as a standout colleague while meeting individual timeliness, accuracy goals and quality standards
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • High integrity and discretion to ensure the confidentiality of private client and participant data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PC Software skills (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter professional of end to end processing of calculations, employee resolutions, and have a working knowledge of the disbursements process
  • Accountable for logging bugs against various applications and systems
  • Mentor and trains new associates to create depth and strength throughout the team while assisting the Defined Benefit Managers with developing associate goals and completing annual reviews
  • Manage XTRAC workflows, including researching and resolving complex or sensitive customer issues
  • Assist with tracking client specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Proactively identifies work item trends and works with various internal business partners to arrive at customer-centric solutions
  • Provide support for corporate action and project related tasks
  • Support monthly testing of various systems upgrades and releases
  • Participate in special departmental projects
  • Provide back up support to DB Manager as needed
