Lead Personal Teller Consultant (LPTC) Bring leadership to life in EECU’s virtual banking experience! The Lead Personal Teller Consultant (LPTC) is a key leader in delivering outstanding member service through EECU’s cutting-edge Personal Teller Machine (PTM) channel. This role blends hands-on member interaction with team leadership, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. As an LPTC, you’ll oversee daily PTM operations while leading and coaching a team of Personal Teller Consultants. You’ll manage schedules, approve transactions, conduct quality reviews, handle complex member needs, and support sales and referral initiatives—all while actively performing teller transactions yourself. Your ability to pivot between front-line service and operational support will be essential, as you’ll also assist with back-office processing, reports, and system-related needs. This role comes with elevated system access and autonomy, requiring sound judgment when handling Reg CC exceptions, fraud detection, provisional credits, and service disruptions. You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Accounting, Payment Systems, and Fraud/Legal teams to ensure smooth resolution of member and risk-related issues. Comfort on camera, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously are key to success. EECU will, in compliance with applicable laws, evaluate an applicant's credit history. Only applicants with good credit history will be considered for open positions.
