About The Position
Directly supervises pharmacy technicians. Accountable for managing the day-to-day activities of the technician staff, and provide staff development. The lead technician, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, will assist in the various activities of the pharmacy department. The lead technician functions in accordance with standard written procedures, guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
