About The Position

Responsible for assuring guest satisfaction by maintaining pools and all recreation center facilities in a clean, healthy and attractive condition at all times. Responsible for transporting beach chairs and umbrellas for guests and returning same to storage at end of day. Responsible for training new hires and assisting less experienced staff. Assists in scheduling staff in recreation center, outdoor pool, and beach. Assists management in ensuring smooth operation of department. Provides Family Style Service at all times May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum two (2) years prior Health Spa experience.
• Must possess Red Cross senior Lifesaving certificate at all times.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have computer knowledge.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
