Job Description Maintain the cleanliness of the break room/ housekeeping office Diagnose and fix maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house Assist housemen as requested by department leadership Assist department leadership with ensuring maintenance orders are placed in a timely manner. Maintains stock for maintenance supplies, keeping records of all maintenance activities Supervises and trains the porters, acting as a hands-on leader during repairs Other related duties as assigned by management Requirements Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 25 lbs. to transport carts, cleaning supplies, linen, equipment, etc. Ability to lift, balance and carry (with assistance) up to 100 lbs. to transport mattresses, inventory, equipment, etc. Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods to clean and organize the guest rooms, spaces, storage, equipment, etc.
