About The Position

Have an ECE degree and looking for your new work family? Join our team at our
Bethlehem YMCA Child Care Center working with community kids in a fun & diverse
work environment.

We are looking for a certified teacher passionate about serving kids, making a
difference in the community and having fun! Our outstanding staff receive a free
Y membership with full access to branch amenities and up to 100% off child care
and summer camp programs.

Requirements

• CDA or 60 post secondary credits (associates degree in any domain preferred)
• 2+ years of documented experience working with children
• Passionate about working with children in a fun, diverse environment
• 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

• Finding new and engaging ways to help kids learn and foster independence
• Being patient and kind with our parents
• Providing a safe and warm environment
