EMR is seeking an experienced Lead Pressure Washing Technician to oversee daily pressure washing operations and guide a team of technicians in delivering high-quality cleaning services for heavy equipment. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on pressure washing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate field projects from start to finish. This role pays $25 - 30/hr The Lead Technician will plan routes, assign team members to job sites, operate industrial-grade pressure washing equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Strong experience operating and troubleshooting pressure washing equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of pressure washing experience required.
  • 1–2 years of experience towing or driving a landscape trailer or similar vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating Kärcher (Hotsy brand) or comparable industrial-grade pressure washers preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Kärcher (Hotsy brand) or comparable industrial-grade pressure washers to clean heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee pressure washing projects from start to finish.
  • Assign technicians to job sites and tasks based on skill level and project needs.
  • Complete scheduled routes in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections before, during, and after projects to ensure thorough cleaning and job completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of job sites, equipment cleaned, and any issues encountered.
  • Perform equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of pressure washing systems.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
  • Safely operate a utility truck with a 16-foot trailer to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
  • Support team members and step in to assist with hands-on work when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
