RubyLabs is hiring an experienced Lead Product Data Analyst to join our fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You will drive analytics across subscription products and web funnels, partnering with Product, Marketing (UAM), and Data teams to improve conversion, retention, and LTV—while ensuring trusted tracking, strong data models, and decision-ready reporting. This role is hands-on and cross-functional: you will own analysis from problem framing to recommendation, and you’ll mentor analysts while collaborating closely with Data Engineering/BI to keep data foundations reliable.
