About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. In this role, you will be a key contributor within a high visibility team responsible for driving the retirement of AT&T’s legacy network across all business segments. The team’s success is directly tied to reducing business TDM network expenses, minimizing out of region TDM expense exposure, and delivering positive contribution to AT&T’s legacy P\&L. The work is strategically significant, highly impactful, and regularly visible to senior leadership. High performers can expect meaningful leadership exposure and opportunities to influence enterprise level outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Financially savvy, with experience developing and evaluating business cases
  • Ability to clearly discuss financials and articulate the value and impact of work performed
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
  • Track record of delivering results across multiple organizations or functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine strategies to achieve program objectives tied to legacy network retirement and financial performance
  • Lead and execute projects aligned with achieving cost reduction and contribution goals
  • Drive cross functional teams to meet project specific targets and milestones
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of initiatives that contribute to overall program goals
  • Identify, escalate, and remove barriers preventing cross functional teams from achieving success
  • Clearly communicate program progress, financial impact, risks, and status to both leadership and execution teams
