Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within commerce or consumer marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers.
- Expertise in agile software development and product analytics tools.
- Ability to balance detailed execution with long-term strategic goals.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly for remote collaboration.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for supporting small businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product development efforts within the Consumer Commerce team.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design and Operations.

- Serve as the product expert with deep customer and market understanding.
