The role plays a crucial part in leading enterprise-wide Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) programs that are vital to improving clinical and laboratory operations. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory Science, Information Systems, or a related field required
• PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive program and project management experience in laboratory, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare environments
• Strong working knowledge of LIMS platforms with Sapio Sciences experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with multiple LIMS ecosystems and integration patterns
• Understanding of CLIA, CAP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Strategic, results-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own the success of enterprise LIMS programs and their impact on business strategy and regulatory compliance
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution across laboratory operations, IT, compliance, and vendors
• Establish program governance, manage risks and dependencies, and provide accurate executive-level reporting
• Lead full lifecycle LIMS initiatives including requirements, configuration, validation, integration, training, go-live, and stabilization
• Serve as primary program owner for Sapio Sciences LIMS while maintaining familiarity with other LIMS platforms
• Ensure all activities comply with CLIA, CAP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
• Provide people leadership for Program and Project Managers including coaching, prioritization, and performance management
• Act as a key liaison between laboratory leadership, IT, compliance, and external partners
• Oversee program budgets, vendor performance, and resource planning
