About The Position

As a Lead Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, focusing on the design, implementation, and management of electro-mechanical systems. Your monitoring of project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards will help maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results. Your ability to prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders will enhance transparency and enable informed decision-making. Your leadership and project management skills will inspire and motivate the project team, driving a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence. You will report directly to our Sr. Engineer Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects related to Electro-mechanical primary control actuations , driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
