About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a FTI Project Manager - REMOTE. In this vital role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of digital asset-focused projects, working on initiatives that will shape the future of finance through blockchain technology. You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts, including technologists and business stakeholders, to execute high-impact digital asset programs. Your leadership will drive project execution and innovation in a rapidly evolving financial landscape, and you will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the firm’s financial innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience in financial services or technology.
  • Knowledge of transfer agent functions, blockchain, and tokenization preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are preferred.
  • Background in software development or systems analysis.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum; experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, and CI/CD environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital asset-focused projects from small to large in scale.
  • Act as a product owner for the Benji platform and prioritize high-value changes.
  • Serve as a release manager to address conflicts and assess risks.
  • Define plans and oversee project execution through closure.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business resources and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies to support delivery and accountability.
  • Assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Maintain reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
  • Refine workflows and improve project processes.
