What you’ll do: • Network Design and Planning: Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, conduct feasibility studies, perform capacity planning, and manage cell site equipment layout and parameter definition. • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze RAN data, and perform RF optimization and capacity management. • Implementation and Configuration: Deploy network solutions, conduct testing and validation, manage configurations, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless RAN systems. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues, including satellite network routing problems. • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, provide customer support, and coordinate installation, maintenance, and optimization activities with various teams. Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Requirements

Provide expert radio frequency (RF) engineering and Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering to ensure robust and efficient network performance.
An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Develop strategic solutions; ensure alignment with organizational goals; solve moderate to complex issues.
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired: in a Technical or Engineering.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
