Requirements

2+ Years of experience in Residential HVAC installation.
Type II EPA Certification or Universal EPA
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Must possess your own basic hand tools
Capability to handle system start-up and adjustments independently

Responsibilities

Install, service, or repair HVAC and plumbing systems according to code and company standards
Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostics to ensure efficient operation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Complete all required documentation, including service logs and job reports
Follow safety protocols and uphold Vander Hyde's commitment to quality workmanship
Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technology
