Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and motivating front desk and stylist teams
- Driving membership sales, retention, and revenue growth
- Managing lead outreach and local business development
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure an elevated guest experience
- Monitoring KPIs, metrics, and performance goals
- Training team members on sales, service, and operational excellence
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintaining organization, scheduling efficiency, and operational flow
