Requirements

5 or more years of hands-on experience programming ABB robots in industrial automation environments
2 or more years of ABB RobotStudio and RAPID programming experience
2 or more years of experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley or similar)
2 or more years of experience with industrial automation, motion control, and machine safety systems
Possess the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
Possess a solid work history
Being a US citizen or green card holder
Having a residence within a 45-minute drive

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize robot programs using ABB RobotStudio and RAPID, focusing on integrating robotic systems with PLCs and automation controls
Contribute to the full project lifecycle, including system design, simulation, testing, and debugging
Perform initial setup, configuration, and system startup for ABB robotics and any related third-party software
Resolve complex robotic and system integration issues (troubleshooting) both in-house and on-site, ensuring thorough program and system documentation
Travel up to 30% annually (domestic/international) for system installation, commissioning, and customer support
