About The Position

LOOKING FOR A PROSPEROUS CAREER COME JOIN OUR TEAM! Masters Heating & Cooling is one of the largest HVAC dealers in Northern Indiana and we have expanded into the Lima, Ohio area! We are seeking qualified service technicians for positions to service customers in Lima OH, Decatur IN and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth. We offer a full benefits package with medical, dental and vision after 30 days! Requirements

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
• Familiarity with air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, geos, and other HVAC equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
• HVAC: 3 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• EPA and NATE certification preferred
• EPA and Nate certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
• Collaborate with team members to complete services and repairs efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Must be available for on call and overtime and weekends during peak seasons
