About The Position

The responsibility of this position is to ensure accurate storage and pulling of returnable product to the proper reverse distributor by team members. This position requires strict attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. Product must be sorted and stored based on company SOP in a neat and organized manner. Products with approved return authorizations are assigned to a pick list and are pulled for the packing and shipping process. The shipping lead will be responsible to make sure orders are pulled and shipped within company guidelines, so SLA are met along with inventory control for this area. Outbound shipments must be accurately pulled, shipped, and properly entered into WMS system. This position is responsible for maintaining an orderly and safe workspace. The position requires proficient use of computerized Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners. This position will work with supervisors and management to keep KPI current to process and chart team members KPI status.

Requirements

2-5 years’ experience in order fulfillment
Experience with RF Scanners
Must be computer literate in MS Office software
Must be able to sit or stand for up to eight hours per day, ability to move about, bends, stoops, uses hands and lift to 70 pounds unassisted.
Must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented and able to follow directions
Good oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate ability to function, with a positive attitude, in a high-performance work team environment
Willingness to work extra hours and weekends when needed.
Must have clean background and pass drug screen
HS diploma or equivalent
Equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resource
Achieve and maintain productivity and error requirements
Maintain an acceptable attendance and punctuality record

Nice To Haves

Pharmaceutical industry warehouse experience a plus
Forklift, Turret Truck, UPS, Federal Express and Freight Experience a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe work area.
Accurately pull and ship product into WMS and follow SOP guidelines.
Sorting and scanning of product to bin locations and validating through WMS
Record and validate completed pick list paperwork.
Assist in the fulfillment of orders daily.
Assist other affiliated DC Departments when needed.
Performs other related tasks including but not limited to performing housekeeping tasks required to keep the work area safe, clean and organized.
Assist in moving of product using heavy equipment along with loading/unloading of deliveries.
Assist management with inventory and cycle counting
Assist in keeping KPI current with SOP
Work with supervisor and management to log performance and coaching for team members
