About The Position

Define and oversee technical architecture for new production and innovation tools during proof -of -concept, prototype, and pilot phases.
Design scalable cloud -based solutions and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and integration points.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to deliver technology solutions aligned with security and system standards.
Evaluate technologies and select appropriate tools based on use cases and user requirements.
Maintain technology roadmaps supporting the evolution of solutions through innovation cycles.
Conduct code reviews, propose alternate implementations, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Lead architecture discussions and guide engineering teams on system design and implementation.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• Backend programming (Java, Python, C++, or Go)
• Frontend frameworks (React, Streamlit, or similar)
• SQL and database querying
• Cloud -based application architecture
• AI/ML tooling and infrastructure (MLOps)
• CI/CD pipelines and automated build, test, deployment
• AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical architecture roles.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud -native applications.
• Hands -on experience with backend development and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience deploying and productizing applications.
• Experience with AI/ML tooling and infrastructure.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
