  • Lead and actively participate in the specification, design, implementation, review, and validation of complex test infrastructure for safety critical systems.
  • Build high quality and extremely scalable test infrastructure with an emphasis on automating the test and documentation process.
  • Collaborate closely with Firmware, Hardware, Software, and Power Systems Engineers.
  • Mentor others and share expertise with team members.
  • Serve as a key technical contact for internal customers.
  • Ensure long-term value of design and test documentation.
  • Deep understanding of modern software development and test automation.
  • Demonstrated experience building infrastructure to test mission critical systems.
  • Intense focus on quality, security and scalability.
  • Expertise with object-oriented languages (Python, C#, C++).
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and efficiently both in writing and verbally.
  • Knowledge of Agile development principles and processes.
  • Proven competence with test automation supporting technologies and architectures.
  • Experience with revision control systems (Git).
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Satisfactory background check results and negative drug test results.
  • Familiarity with 3-phase electric power systems.
  • Systems engineering experience.
  • Experience with digital communications and modern communications protocols.
  • Experience programming, configuring and maintaining industrial controls.
  • Project management skills.
