Responsible for the overall delivery process of a software application or service, including design, development, testing, deployment, production application support (e.g., troubleshooting) and maintenance with a focus on automation.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining fully scalable, reusable React and Next.js component libraries or design systems.
- 8+ years of expert proficiency in React and Next.js, including SSR/SSG strategies.
- 8+ years of deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- 6+ years of experience leveraging Core Web Vitals metrics to guide component development.
- 6+ years of proven ability to optimize component performance.
- 6+ years of solid experience leading end-to-end component lifecycle management.
- 6+ years of familiarity with CI/CD tooling and best practices.
- 8+ years of proficiency with Git workflows and code review processes.
- 8+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally to align component design with product roadmaps.
- 6+ years of mentoring and upskilling a team of engineers.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of leading Agile Scrum teams.
- Demonstrated ability to implement automated testing frameworks.
