The role involves extracting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to solve business operations challenges using structured frameworks. Additionally, the candidate will develop dynamic models for scenario-based forecasting, ensuring model transparency through detailed documentation, and design and build data visualizations to simplify complex topics, ensuring effective communication of insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, measuring performance against KPIs, and providing executive-ready recommendations are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in BI tools like Tableau for data visualization and advanced analytics concepts such as predictive modeling and forecasting.
- Proficient in SQL for writing complex queries and stored procedures, with hands-on experience in Python scripting.
- Lead technical design discussions and solutions for complex analytical use cases, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS services, including RDS, EC2, S3, VPC, AWS Glue, and Lambda.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills, able to manage multiple projects and drive results.
