About The Position

Collaborate to gather and review software requirements/user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications and collaborate with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages. Create and execute automated testplans/ strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers/architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting. In addition to Unit Test, responsibilities may include dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing. Support applications and solve configuration and environment issues. Support the software deployment process. Work in a scaled agile development environment. Utilize JAVA, Sprint Boot and Micro Services Development. Utilize Non-SQL and SQL DB experience, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kibana, AWS cloud experience, IntelliJ, Visual studio, Swagger, and ELK stack.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math and five (5) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation working in a scaled agile development environment; and utilizing JAVA, Sprint Boot and Micro Services Development.
