Lead Specialist - C# Angular Developer
About The Position
The primary role of this position is to help design, build, and integrate modern web applications with a variety of existing backend systems. This role includes supporting and enhancing our current Angular application while also contributing to the development of a new React-based application currently under active build. Experience with React is highly beneficial as we continue expanding our front-end technology stack. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key leadership role in sprint planning, requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, and full-stack development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using modern technologies including C#, TypeScript, MSSQL, and contemporary front-end frameworks within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment. Strong architectural thinking, clean coding practices, and experience working across both frontend and backend systems are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Equivalent experience and demonstrated equivalent competency may supplant the bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Angular
- Experience with C# and MSSQL
- Experience with MSSQL and C#
- Understands HTML, XML, web services, etc.
- Understands and can write complex SQL queries and stored procedures with complex table relationships
- Knowledge in writing ETL applications using MSSQL and C#
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work patiently with users
- Quickly learn new skills and technologies
- Ability and willingness to go beyond IT knowledge and understand the underlying business process

- The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
- The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience.
