Driving the successful delivery of Skilling Solutions for Enterprise Customers We are establishing a new Enterprise Delivery function that will be accountable for the customer’s entire enterprise delivery portfolio, providing a comprehensive 360-degree view across new enterprise deals, solution deployment, and the ongoing success of active contracts. This role ensures seamless engagement with the customer from contract signing through completion, managing escalations, and driving revenue growth while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and creating exceptional value across all Pearson business units. The Lead Specialist, Delivery Partner will govern and manage up to 4 strategic customer accounts, aligning delivery activities with each customer’s evolving learning and skilling goals. By fostering innovation, operational excellence, and strong customer relationships, this function will consistently deliver outstanding value, accelerate success, and strengthen Pearson’s position as a trusted enterprise partner. Their success will be dependent on their collaboration with Enterprise Client Partners (sales), and close working relationships with the customer to cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that will enable growth and expansion of the account. They will also be required to build virtual delivery teams across Pearson, working across organizational lines and collaborating with all aspects of delivery teams.
