The Lead Staffing Analyst functions under the direction of the Manager of the Resource Management Center and is responsible for supervision of daily activities in the RMC and team members in the Staffing Analyst Role. This is an integral front line leader role that focuses tactical, logistical and strategic execution of the staffing plan for the enterprise daily. Essential functions include, but are not limited to: supervising and delegation of assignments for the Staffing Analysts within RMC; both proactive and retrospective analysis, reporting and creation of recommendations on staffing patterns/outcomes within scope of service in collaboration with facility level clinical contacts. Also serves as a a liaison with the facilities in driving ownership of a positive customer experience with RMC.
