About The Position

Summary: The Lead Suite Attendant at Boise Athletic Club plays a key role in delivering an exceptional premium hospitality experience for suite guests. This position supports suite operations by leading and assisting Suite Attendants during events, ensuring suites are properly set up, stocked, and serviced according to Levy’s high standards. The Lead Suite Attendant helps maintain smooth service flow while promoting a positive, team-oriented environment and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality, premium service, or food & beverage experience preferred
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service and commuication abilities
• Ability to remain organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift and carry trays, beveragesm and supplies (up to 30-40lbs)
• Must obtain valid food handler certification
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and special events

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating Suite Attendants during events to ensure efficient and professional service
• Ensure all suites are properly set up, stocked, and ready for guests prior to event start
• Monitor all suite service throughout events
• Deliver food, beverages, and service items to suites as required
• Support premium service standards and maintain Levy's hospitality expectations
• Ensure suites remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout service
• Assist with restocking products, beverages, and service supplies
• Communication guest requests or concerns to supervisor or premium leadership
• Support pre-event preparation and post-event breakdown of suites
• Ensure compliance with Levy safety and sanitation standards
• Promote a positive team environment and assist with training or supporting new suite attendants
