Requirements
- Experience in childcare, teaching, daycare, or education preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage groups of children in a safe, structured setting
- Reliable and able to commit to full summer schedule
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in structured activities, arts & crafts, and outdoor play
- Lead groups in a classroom-style camp environment
- Ensure child safety, supervision, and behavior management
- Support creative learning, physical activity, and daily routines
- Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
