Lead System Engineer
About The Position
Design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications. Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross dependencies between organizations and programs. Develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability and security needs. Apply advanced knowledge of the network for integrated IT / network tests to ensure services functions are properly billed and issues can be resolved/managed. Work in automation test using Selenium and Cucumber. Identify and propose framework and tools for performance. Utilize testing tools in ecommerce applications including Dynatrace, Logging tools, LoadRunner, App Dynamics, Grafana, Splunk, and JMeter. Integrate external components, systems, and platforms. Utilize Unix/Linux, Python, and Shell scripting. Work Agile software development practices.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation developing data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability and security needs
- utilizing testing tools in ecommerce applications including Dynatrace, Logging tools, LoadRunner, App Dynamics, Grafana, Splunk and JMeter
