About The Position

Infosys is looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to partner closely with business leaders and shape hiring strategies for high‑growth, future‑ready technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent work experience in lieu of education)
  • 6–8 years of relevant recruitment experience for candidates with a non‑engineering degree
  • 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience for candidates with a master’s degree
  • Strong understanding of technology hiring across digital, infrastructure, and application development areas
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and tracking
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and delivery leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned to current and future demand
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and evolving skill sets
  • Leverage market insights, competitive benchmarking, and hiring trends to guide decision‑making
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by identifying talent gaps and proposing proactive solutions
  • Use data and analytics to track hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, EEO guidelines, and local labor laws
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen sourcing outcomes
  • Represent Infosys as an employer of choice through professional, engaging candidate interactions and branding initiatives
