Raytheon’s Technical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Machinist for their engineering development department to focus on making small run engineering prototype parts and assemblies. This position will utilize communication and technical skills to create solutions that meet demanding engineering standards and tolerances in support of many RTX programs and businesses. This includes the application of lean methods, project engineering and machining principles, and an understanding of and implementation of quality/EHS compliance. You will be instrumental in optimizing machining processes, driving continuous improvement and contributing to the successful alignment of program standards.
