Night Shift Lead Technician Virginia Warehouse
About The Position
We need a reliable overnight Lead Technician who can run commercial exterior cleaning routes across Northern Virginia and be accountable for quality, efficiency, and on-time completion. You'll operate your own truck, manage a two-person team, and deliver results during off-peak access windows when timing is critical. This is a leadership role in the field. You'll direct an apprentice, own the quality of every job, and be the one clients hold accountable when the sun comes up. What You'll Do Run commercial cleaning jobs overnight across Northern Virginia Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment Direct and develop your apprentice on every job Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment standards Follow our quality control system (daily photo documentation) Complete routes within access windows before morning business hours Report to Director of Operations Schedule Overnight hours — work performed during off-peak hours Active season: March – November 30–40 hours/week You'll Thrive Here If... Requirements
- Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
- Proven ability to lead and direct others in the field
- Comfortable driving box trucks
- Not afraid of heights (we do multi-story buildings and lift work)
- Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Able to obtain DOT medical card
- Pass background check
Nice To Haves
- Pressure washing/soft washing experience is a plus
- Prior crew lead or field supervisor experience
