About The Position

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Lead Training Support Package (TSP) Developer whose role will be essential to the delivery of high performance, secure, mission critical solutions. We seek a TSP developer that is versatile, display leadership qualities, and are enthusiastic to tackle new challenges as we continue to provide the military with cutting edge tools. What You’ll Be Doing: Lifecycle management of all training materials related to the Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT). Lead a team of training developers and instructors to ensure all materials are current, effective, and align with Army training doctrine. Serve as a member of the EWI Product Support Team (PST), reporting directly to the EWI PST Team Lead. Continuously review and update the EWPMT TSP to reflect system updates, new Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and feedback from the field. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of interactive computer-based training modules for EWPMT. Create and maintain comprehensive user guides and "smart books" that provide readily accessible information for operators. Develop concise, quick-reference "slick sheets" and job aids for common EWPMT tasks. Design and develop course materials, to include lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises, in accordance with Army instructional design principles. Update and maintain the Training Development Capability (TDC) database as required to ensure all EWPMT training products are accurately reflected. Integrate Training Support Package sustainment into the RII software delivery pipeline to ensure training materials are updated concurrently with software releases. Validate and verify the Training Support Package with T2COM and TRADOC as required. Ensure all training products are integrated into a cohesive and effective training program that supports both individual and collective training events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in developing training materials for military systems, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Have completed or are able to complete the TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Developer Course (CFD-DC) and the TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and obtain or hold a Secret security clearance.
  • Must be able to travel. Anticipated travel level 5%-10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Expert knowledge of the Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT) and its application in military operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the principles of instructional systems design (ISD) and adult learning theory.
  • In-depth knowledge of Army training doctrine, including the development of Training Support Packages (TSPs).
  • Experience utilizing the TRADOC Training Development Capability (TDC) for the development and management of training materials.
  • Remain current on all T2COM and TRADOC development and instruction standards.
  • Technical proficiency/expertise with Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and their integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
