In this role, you’ll bring Target’s Tarzhay magic to life by crafting personalized, trusted, and effortless interactions that make savings not only easy but also joyful and confidence-building. You’ll design experiences that feel habit-forming in the best way — where guests return often because finding and using deals is simple, rewarding, and seamless. You’ll lead end-to-end design across high-impact surfaces like the Homepage, PLP, PDP, Cart, Circle Deals, Weekly Ads, and the Unified Deals Hub. Working with cross-functional partners, you’ll simplify complex promotional systems into clear, transparent savings journeys that drive loyalty and empower guests to shop with confidence.
