About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex, consumer-facing digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to independently tackle ambiguous design problems.
• Deep experience in user research, including discovery and synthesis.
• Proven track record of improving conversion and engagement through experimentation.
• Strong judgment in balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
• Comfortable working with product analytics to evaluate impact.
• Able to influence product direction through well-communicated design rationales.
• Fluency in design tools like Figma and collaborative design practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and own top-of-the-funnel customer flows that shape how homeowners explore our product.
• Lead customer research through discovery interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Partner on product analytics and experimentation to identify friction and hesitation.
• Design and iterate on AI-assisted experiences that help homeowners get answers.
• Influence product decisions and priorities through clear communication.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Communicate design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to a strong design team culture by refining workflows and sharing learnings.
