Lead Valet
About The Position
WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING ENTHUSIASTIC PROFESSIONALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM! FC PROVIDES PARKING, TRANSPORTATION, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO HEALTH SYSTEMS THROUGHOUT THE U.S. Lead Valet oversees our 2-person valet team in a medium-paced environment. This role ensures compliance with all policies and procedures, enforces our service standards, and utilizes strong communication when interacting with guests as well as associates. This professional remains organized, compassionate, and sets the tone for our team! We're looking for a passionate individual to provide a memorable guest experience. Full training on our SAFETY and CARE procedures! MONDAY through FRIDAY 7:30am-4;00pm $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, including tips BENEFITS: Paid Time Off!! Competitive wages and cash tips!!! Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisor experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
- Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
- 40hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
- Available during evenings and weekends
- Must be fluent in English and well-spoken
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Covid-19 Vaccination
