About The Position

Supervision: Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure safety regulations are met. Operations: Perform detailed cleaning, including mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch areas. Training & Quality: Train new hires, demonstrate proper equipment usage, and conduct walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved. Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor supply levels, report equipment repairs, and ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals. Communication: Act as primary contact for clients to address concerns and report to supervisors regarding staff performance or site issues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning (often 1+ years).
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety protocols (e.g., OSHA), and proper equipment usage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
