Requirements

  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Must be willing to work a minimum of 5 days per week
  • Opening availability OR Closing availability, open availability preferred but not required
  • A self-starter who is highly motivated and comfortable taking initiative to grow new business opportunities
  • Someone who thinks creatively and is always looking for ways to make an impact
  • Friendly and confident communicator who builds strong relationships easily
  • Willing to take ownership of projects and work independently with a sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in event planning, catering is a plus
  • People Person that’s able to create relationships quickly
  • Chick-fil-A leadership experience is a bonus
  • Desire to grow with Chick-fil-A long-term a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Restaurant leadership in all aspects of the store, knowledge and understanding of operations in Front of House and Heart of House
