About The Position

What if your leadership could lift a whole line? Picture this: it’s 2:55 pm and you’re gathering a tight-knit team of 8–12 operators. In five minutes you’ll align on the day’s safety priorities, quality checks, and production goals. You’ve got clear standards, the support of a Group Leader (Supervisor), and a culture at Alliance Laundry Systems built on integrity and results. Now it’s go time. How You’ll Lead Coach new team members from day one, ensuring a confident start and steady growth. Host concise pre-shift meetings that keep safety, quality, HR, and throughput front and center. Champion safety: confirm PPE is used correctly and procedures are followed. Strengthen the system: collect improvement ideas, test changes, and sustain gains. Track performance with clarity—own KPIs, Hour-by-Hour Boards, and work stacks. Standardize the work: build, maintain, and audit Team Member Standard Work. Reinforce discipline on the floor with 5S audits and Dupont Stop Observations. Use SAP to support production accuracy and flow. Hand off cleanly: communicate across shifts with other Team Leads and Leaders. Raise flags early—escalate issues to the Group Leader to remove roadblocks. Resolve conflicts through coaching, with support from Group and Area Leaders. Contribute wherever needed to keep the line moving.

Requirements

  • Leading people in work or volunteer settings.
  • Servant leadership with a people-first mindset.
  • Sharp communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfort with standing for long periods; ability to sit; manual dexterity; stooping and bending.
  • Pre-employment physical with a baseline ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
