About The Position

Join Solstice Advanced Materials as a Master Black Belt and play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide Operational Excellence and digital transformation. This high-impact position leads the deployment of Lean Six Sigma strategies across manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and commercial operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and P&L targets. You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, mentoring and certifying Black, Green and Yellow Belts, facilitating advanced training workshops, and championing a culture of continuous improvement that delivers measurable business results. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in process improvement methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of influencing change in complex, matrixed environments—preferably within the advanced materials industry. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operational Excellence and Digitalization, work on a hybrid schedule from either Morris Plains, NJ or Houston, TX, and travel 50–75% domestically to lead onsite training and strategic initiatives.   • Experience in the advanced materials industry (preferred)
